Epilogue

Not so long ago, men like Gandhi and King followed a path of non-violent resistance. This philosophy has fallen out of fashion, in favor of spreading a message through terrorism. Being a modern surrealist, I chose to unite both those paths into Zen Anarchy: the way of peaceful terrorism. Following the advice of Sun-Tzu, I attacked preconceived notions of reality by placing letter bombs in the classified sections of my college newspaper, The Post. As I was the editor of the calendar section (among other things) I found myself in the unique position to help my fellow man and abuse

my authority at the same time. How could I resist?

The inspiration for this method of passive attack was the original cut, Genesis, which I found on the floor of the production office. I don't know who wrote it, but decided to place it in the classified section to fill the page. Upon seeing it in print, I was also able to see the possibilities of remote performance art.

This method of combat was far more successful than I could ever have hoped it would be. My colleagues got involved and my boss even nailed me with
