The title of this piece loosely translates into English as fallen monk. She has been cast out of the order of warrior monks for giving into worldly pleasures. The design is meant for a character in an IP that is in extremely early stages of development
For the background, I decided to double down on the fallen theme and have her living at an abandoned temple; this is meant to indicate she is still living with the ruin of her faith. Several other backgrounds were made but this one seemed the most poignant
